hot pepper studded clams
- 18 steamed or boiled clams( just until shells open)
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp korean chili flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- olive oil
- Leave clams on the half shell and place in baking pan.
- Combine panko, melted butter, chili flakes, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
- Spoon mixture onto each clam.
- Drizzle olive oil on clams.
- Broil for five minutes.
