Ingredients

  • 18 steamed or boiled clams( just until shells open)
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp korean chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Leave clams on the half shell and place in baking pan.
  2. Combine panko, melted butter, chili flakes, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
  3. Spoon mixture onto each clam.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on clams.
  5. Broil for five minutes.
