soy-lemon dipping sauce


  • 2/3 c of low sodium soy sauce.
  • 2 stalks of green onion.
  • 1 garlic clove minced finely.
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon.
  • 1 tbs Korean coarse chili flakes.
  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce.
  • 1/2 tbs honey.
  • 1 finely diced jalapeño.


  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, fish sauce, chili flakes and honey.
  2. Add minced garlic and finely chopped green onion and jalapeño to bowl.
